Nothing much has changed yet to turn the tide from Bearish to Bullish ( previous post here )

The H&S pattern and the LH, LL scenario still holds good, that will change breaching the Red line and staying above it.

After break and re-test of the rising wedge, NIFTY is approaching the Neckline (NL) of the Head & Shoulder (H&S) formation (on weekly chart). LL-LH on the charts, Bearish scenario till the pattern/s fails…

The charts below will tell you how clue-less I am about the entire stuff but, make no mistake. I am going to state what Nifty will be doing in near-term with full conviction just like any other road-side analyst. If proven wrong, I’ll follow it up with another sequel post :  )

On a serious note, Yesterday’s top is Line in Sand for aggressive Bears and for conservatives we can relax it to 635x levels again. Break of 613x levels and we are visiting 59xx. But the case is still ON for Bulls. Only close below 54xx levels will build a case for Bears, previous post here

NIFTY – Now you got me thinking

 

Well, I never expected Nifty to hold the 60xx levels during the correction (previous post here). As usual, Nifty did what it had to – a nice bounce from the levels albeit after a bit of teasing by going below 6000 levels. While Bulls are still not out of the woods but, the Bears have long way to go for touch-down. If Nifty manages to convincingly take out the previous top, then tagging 70xx levels might happen in jiffy (within 6 months – we know the 2014 election results then). It looks like the bullish scenario will pan out, quite a rosy picture for the bulls. But, I’m just trading and refraining from exploring any investing options.
